3. Atari 2600 Development package - called Playbin - The first release of this is out - check out my Atari 2600 page for more information. This package still needs at least one update - and Elwix/Style will hopefully be modifying Turbo Macro Pro (the rulling C64 assembler!) to integrate Playbin.
